Spine Mobility 

Improving the mobility of your spine, can help to improve your back health and reduce the risk of injury. 

 The spine has four ranges of motion: 

  1. Flexion 
  2. Extension 
  3. Lateral flexion and extension ( side bending ) 
  4. Rotation 

Practicing mobility exercises through each of these movements can help to create a well rounded spine stretching routine, reduce the risk of injury and help to reduce muscle tightness
