Stick to a routine: For a sense of normalcy, try to maintain a schedule as best you can. Even if you’re stuck at home

Talk about it: Speak to a trusted friend, family, or a  member of the Peer Support Team and let it all out. This helps reduce feelings of emotional overload.

Practice Positive Affirmations: Saying positive affirmations can help calm the mind by taking the focus off the negative situation you are facing. 

Try this: ”I give myself space to grow and learn”.

Keep a journal: When you write down your concerns, it allows you to confront and examine them.   Remember to always show yourself grace.

Remember to laugh: Laughing increases levels of endorphin and stimulates muscles, which help reduce the physical symptoms of stress.
