Residential Treatment

Homewood Health and Bellwood/EHN Canada are the only residential treatment facilities that will be considered for coverage by Sun Life.  If self-admitting to either of these facilities, please be aware of the following:

• Although noted as an authorized provider by Sun Life, best practice is to wait until the actual application for admission has been returned and approved; nothing should be assumed until this occurs.
• Make sure you are currently under the care of a psychologist who has been active in your treatment and has provided a diagnosis (this may impact which programs you are eligible for when applying for admission).
• Should you decide to apply for residential treatment at a facility other than those noted in this document, it should NOT be assumed that funding is available.  For further information, please contact:
